

With Painter’s Pattern Chalk, which uses the pattern’s opacity as the source, you can paint with any intricate pattern you have created. It is great for simulating translucent textile and for adding texture to existing surface.
Since Pattern Chalk tends to create botchy stroke ends, I first made selections with the Magic Wand tool and painted inside the selection with large strokes.
